    Fun little build your own town game and earning places/characters. It's incredibly aggravating how difficult the developers have made it to accomplish certain things though. You can do a task 10-15 times and never get the "reward" to help unlock something. Plus the time it shows for an even going on, its messed up half the time and doesn't say how long the event has till ending, it just says 10 hours. I just missed out on nearly getting the last character because of both of these issues

    Super irritated. Don't know what's going on lately, but since the last update, I start all my characters on quests to get specific items, and I come back like the next day to collect, and they're all just wandering around like I didn't even start them on anything. Like I'm going in circles for no reason. Every character takes like a million pieces to unlock, so I don't even do the seasonal quests, or the daily quests, and now the item quests are broken. FIX IT!

    I absolutely love the game, only reason I give it 3 stars is bc of how long it takes to load into the game, it gets annoying as all hell waiting 2-4 minutes in the loading screen every single time. if it could even just take a single minute to load I wouldn't mind but Jesus. as far as the gameplay itself though I have no complaints

    Great Game, Just Needs a Bit More Customization! This is a fun game to pass the time or just to watch your town grow. I really enjoy building and decorating, and it's satisfying to see everything come together. However, I'd love it even more if we had the ability to rotate buildings 360° while decorating. It would give us the freedom to customize our towns exactly how we want. Hopefully this feature gets added in the future!

    3 years on and the loading screen still sucks after playing for 3-4 sessions. Just loads less than half way and stops then takes a full 2-3 minutes to load and sometimes won't even load at all. not going to put in money when I can't even access the game. Developers clearly don't care, otherwise this issue would've been resolved years ago.

    Every event is a repeat. They haven't had new content since before the strike. I think they're using that as an excuse. The strike is over. Let's get some new content. They also removed the ability to watch ads to speed people up. And even though the events are repeats, they keep being released with bugs and problems. UPDATE: the latest update broke the game. It won't load. No new content and yet you somehow screw that up?

    Cannot open the game at all. Doesn't leave the loading screen Edit: I tried the link didn't help. This happens in between every event. For some reason the switchover doesn't work right. I've been playing the game for years and this has been a recurring problem the entire time. Its part of why I quit playing it a lot. That and the insane long load time in general. Even when it works it takes forever.

    I love this game. My biggest issue is how much ram it requires. I've come and gone twice in the last 6 years but Im def addicted. Im fine with spending money here and there, and love the options I get. Esp since it helps keep the game around. LOVE the Season Pass events! They have amazing customer support. Have alwys helped me were polite and very positive and kind. They DO care about players even if they can't do or fix everything. Excited for FG Halloween event!

    It has major issues with loading. When you open the game has issues loading up. When you finally make it to a new town that you create or a friend's town it has loading problems. The Transit between towns is horrible. And only thing they can say is internet issue or phone I have the top processor in memory for a phone and I have almost up to a gigabyte of internet exactly 368 megabytes per second. So it is not my internet and it is not my phone The game has major loading issues other

    Fun design. Great plot and all that. The gameplay is good but it's a bit slow. Those real life timers should probably be shorter. Would rate 5, or 4.5 if I could except I can't play it after unlocking district three. The game just won't load even after restarts and uninstalls. I expect this feels like South Park in snow Terrace and Philip game but a bit fancier.

    The developer's and the company has stopped caring about this game a very long time ago. And for over a year or more there's been a annoying glitch when you save your town to Facebook it might allow you to load the game once and then it will freeze when you open it. There's nothing that will fix it except starting from scratch no matter what! The game has an extremely high amount of bugs and glitches everywhere. I can see it ending up like the Simpsons tapped out... Except far more lazy...

    Having trouble loading. Shows the load screen then immediately closes. My phone printouts me that there is a bug in the game. I noticed yesterday that it would automatically close when when watching videos in order to speed up a character. This is one of my favorite games. I hope I don't lose all my hard work... edit... the only thing I hadn't done was restart my phone. That worked!

    This happens all the time with new updates, like now, you click the button to find the "guests" and it says there aren't any even after win 3-4. The biggest issue from new updates is the game does not show which characters you need to collect items needed for the current theme. Like knives currently. You should know which characters earn knives but it's not even in the FAQ. It's garbage honestly. Do better.

    Takes forever to load. Hardly ever actually loads. was being kicked out before it loaded clear back during the halloween event. tried reinstalling, and it still won't load. I was above level 60. would be nice if it would let me play again, and if the events were longer. people have lives and can't always check their phone in enough time to actually progress in the events. would be nice to progress without having to pay actual money.

    Cant give zero or I would. Customer support is great,but the game is so slow. They try to give you ideas on how to make it play better but none work. What should take maybe 10 minutes takes hours. I finally give up and try to reload and it's not any better. So if aggravation is the game for you this is it. I know quit playing then but I'm sort of addicted. Good luck. Looking at other reviews everyone should just delete game. I see the same robotic answer for the issues they refuse to fix

    I posted something 3 or 4 days ago that I can't seem to find, but I was basically saying to fix the game or the game would go bye bye. Sad to say, but I've just deleted my favorite game. I've put a ton of money and time into it, but after 25 seconds of working, it just kept cutting itself off. I cleared space in my phone, I've force stopped it, I tried it all with no luck. It's super super unfortunate, but it's alright. Maybe next year I'll give it one more try to see if everything is fixed.

    Normally I don't like time based simulation games, but this one is addictive. I enjoy watching family every night and this game adds to its crude humor. I just enjoy this game and you should try out. Guaranteed to be a game for those boring waiting times at appointments or even just sitting around and nothing to do. (Currently having an issue with this event). (Construction workers are not showing up, so it's virtually impossible to unlock the characters needed progress through the event).

    I have been playing this game for over 2 years now and it WAS great. Now the game won't load. It has been like this since October. Even after every update, the game still doesn't work. Will not go pass the loading screen. VERY DISAPPOINTED that this issue still hasn't been taken care of, even after all the bad reviews. I don't know if it's an Android issue- I currently have the Galaxy S7 Edge. PLEASE FIX ASAP, or I'll just end up deleting the game. I am sure a lot of other people already have.

    ***Update I bought the VIP yesterday (9/28/21)but it hasn't unlocked in my game. I'm sure it's just a glitch, but I would like access to what I bought. I know the server has been having issues as of late, but I would very much like to get back to my save file. having to start over again is very frustrating. pleaae let this get resolved.

    I was excited to start playing this game again. I redownloaded it and found out I was on level 46! I don't know why but I can't even get passed the "loading" page. It just buffers forever and the load bar won't progress. Very disappointed. I figured since this game has been out for years the creators should have found a way to fix this issue already. I deleted the game.
