   last time I played was 3 or 4 years ago and I'm trying to sign in with my Garena account again but I couldn't get in, I couldn't change my password how can I restore my old account

   I play moba game for around 9 years. Never experienced any hacking. But Garena vietnam, they hack on rank. 10 games, 3 of those games there map hacker. They don't even care. Knows exactly where i am. Ya, if this is a high-ranking game,I understand. But rank on gold and platinum??? Bro, are vietnam players that bad? Have to use a hack on the lower rank game?? And when you report it. They don't get banned for hacking. Sometimes, they can't even win for hacking. If you want to play, get a hack

   The credits score is such a mess. People go afk a lots in rank. It might be explained that when you got a bug and crash, you cannot go back to the match, instead you lost that match and some point. Some banned words are hard to understand, while many bad words can be types just because they add more vowels in it. Not to mention the rate of skin gacha. Got a bad time with Onmyoji, identity V and now AoV. The graphics and stories are good. But customers service, characters balance are bad.

   Lags a lot and the errors have not been fixed from the last update. I'm using V smart Live. After updating the new version I keep getting the annoying voice chat all / team Error- I couldn't speak to my friend in the game. The game play seems more laggy and not as smooth as previous versions. Hope the developers quickly improves the features to optimize the game. Because I started to lose interest of the game lately.

   Developers team need consider about harder way of punishment for the AFK players and who break the game, almost 8 to 9 of 10 game i had met afk, that was so bad.

   Best game, well the point is you gotta put some knock out, because when people attacking you, you can't dodge, which is unfair for most of the speed of each heroes character, so best you need to add dodge system, more option may be useful, the controls are not too bad, easy and simple to use, but it's kinda hard and confused about the skills that most of heroes character have, you better make the description of the skills easier to understand, well, that's all, 5 stars for you, and thank you! :)

   I don't know if some players have hacked this game but recently i always get disconnected everytime a player is in near death... i don't think it's a coincidence i just noticed it everytime a player is going to be killed or near death i instantly get disconnected... i have a very stable wifi connection 50+mbps

    Last version was stucked at 79% at loading screen. New version is stucked at 91%. I have to wait 15 minutes to get into the game. Furthermore, in battle the game is not stable at all even I play on medium setting on galaxy note 9. I think that instead of adding useless functions or add-ons, game developer need to care about user experience in the game. Very bad for a game like this.

    The report system is totally garbage and the bad attitude players keep showing up continuously. Honestly, i won't believe that some players with the awful skills could win the regular match eventually let alone a rank, but it's what going in this game. For the optimization, after recently updates, the game itself keeps unresponsive to my control. The game sometimes becomes very lag even though there's not any combat. Nevertheless, i can't blame my snapdragons 855 systems and my stable network

    General balance must say is boring. Generals whose skills cannot be selected are mercilessly nefted and then put Tulen on top. Garana cooperates with the brands and then throws it away, and the less-played champions throw them all into the chicken coop. Done, the team placement mechanism is paired with stupid and afk teams, many times when playing rank, it is extremely annoying to break, hack, and cheat. It's fine to play, but the game is too good, so I give it 3 stars

    These days i always get the error "can't connect to server". I could play only one match, and at the end of the match (before the "victory"/"defeat" appeared), i got back to the homepage and "can't connect to the server" appeared. The match I had just played was not saved in my history matches and I also couldn't get into a new match because "You're in a team" and the screen directed me to the previous match (that I was logged out of). I couldn't continue to play until 3-4 hours later. Howtofix

    Update sucks ??? !!!!! Everytime updates are introduced, they all come with a promise to reduce lag and fix bugs, but NO. After every update, the latest one is not an exception, there are always massive lag clusters and game faults . For Eg. Unable to join matches, frozen download queues, and even unable to log in !!!

    the game good to play with friend, but please can you give back the English Voice of all Hero, some of hero can not change the voice to English even I put the English voice in setting like Natalya, Alice, Lauriel. Vietnamese voice really anoying special Alice Hero she cry for the whole time I die and waiting for respawn, oh God .. Update : They fix the voice problem so I give them 5 star.

    I revised my review from 4 stars to 1 after playing for over 3 years. Here are the reasons: - Login errors after updates - Same old boring lootbox with low-quality PNG trash from events - No more tweaks for old heroes or other game mechanics. So how do they fix this: Add more broken new heroes - But worst of all: Lags, Sudden Disconnection, and Bugs! Play at your own risks

    I was banned from ranked matches for a ridiculous reason that the game gave me. Because I lost 3 matches in a row at the beginning of the season. But I didn't do it on purpose because at that time I was in an area with weak 4G network, so the 3 matches lagged very badly and the game crashed by itself. So it banned me from playing ranked matches and it forced me to play group matches to get enough reputation points before letting me play ranked matches.

    The English translation used to be good. Then it was okay. Now Garena has given up completely? When you switch the language to English: - New content is not translated - Abilities, meta tweaks and UI are missing half their translations. - The season hasn't even been updated yet! It's still the default background of Errol DJing, not Bijan, and the events are out-of-date/ broken. You just don't care now? Edit; July now and nothing has changed. Disgusting. I'm sick of DJ Errol.

    Trash, trash, trash. An absolute abysmal of a game. Typical of those made by the Chinese. Garena is from Singapore but its employees are Chinese. The game is unoriginal and pay to win. The controls are uncomfortable, it have absolutely no ergonomics. The interface and menu is clustered with junk. The name of every character is dumb and unoriginal. The art, graphic and the whole game itself is best be described as an art college dropout's best effort to paint himself while having a seizure.

    So freaking bad after the recently updated, the systems failed to connect every single time I joined a match and I recieved penalty for bad game play behaviour which I shouldn't have to, FIXED THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY so y'all don't recieved 1* rating from former players. Peace out.....

    It's fun to play, but the weekly gold limitation in the latest update is absolutely ridiculous. It was about 14K max of gold you can farm in one week in the old builds, but now they changed it and only allow 6,5K max of gold weekly. That equals 3 III gems (which are crucial in the game), while the full III gem board takes up to 30 GEMS = 60K gold. You need to spend at least 10 weeks just for a full gem board. The only option left is to spend real money into those chests to earn more gold.

    The only reason I rate this game 1 star is because Alice's Vietnamese voice is still on even when English voice is turned on. And hearing these sounds is just... "terribly" horrible. Please consider fixing this bug or at least change the actor's voice. Or else the whole gamer community is gonna have ear cancer soon. Edit: They fixed my problem! That's why this game has a 5-star rate again.
