   مرحبًا فريق دعم صب واي سيرفرز، أنا من لاعبي صب واي سيرفرز وأحب اللعبة كثيرًا، ولكنني أواجه مشكلة مزعجة تتعلق بفقدان تقدمي بالكامل. فقدت جميع العملات، الشخصيات، الإنجازات، والمقتنيات التي حصلت عليها سابقًا، وعادت اللعبة إلى البداية كأنني ألعب لأول مرة، رغم أنني مسجلة الدخول بحساب Google Play Games. لقد حاولت تسجيل الخروج وإعادة تسجيل الدخول، ولكن لم يتم استرجاع تقدمي السابق. كما جربت حذف اللعبة وإعادة تثبيتها، ومع ذلك لم أتمكن من استعادة بياناتي

   اللعبة كانت رائعة خاصة ٢٠٢٤ أتمنى أن تعيدوا كل شيء كما كان وجمع الملابس وشراء الشخصيات بالتحديات وليس بالدفع كما أن. هناك بعض الأخطاء مثل: أنا لدي ٧٤ شخصية وملابس ويكتب في profile أن لدي ٨٦ أنا أحب أن يكون كل شيء صحيح لذا أصلحوا الأمر وأضيفوا بعض الميزات القوية ليس كإضافة الأصدقاء مثلا إنه أمر تافه وهذا تقييمي😤

   لعبة رائعة إلا أن مشكلتها هي في خاصية الشراء فمعظم الاصدارات المحدودة للشخصيات وألواح التزلج لا يمكن شراؤها بالنقود إنما بالمفاتيح والعملات الخاصة بالموسم أصبح عدد الأشياء الممكن شراؤها بالنقود محدووود جداً

   لعبة رائعة وممتعة جدا تستحق أكتر من خمس نجوم ، بها مشكل صغير و هو لا توجد اللغة العربية بها وأطلب من مطوري اللعبة إضافة اللغة العربية ، و شكرا .

   عدم قدرتي على إستخدام المفتاح لإعطاءي فرصة ثانية هو أمر محبط جدا! هل لغيتم فكرة المفاتيح ام انه عطل؟ حاولوا إصلاح المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن

   لعبة رائعة جدا ./وطرق جديدة مثلا طريق أروبا أو إندونيسيا./وإضافة تسجيل لعبة بحساب متجر بلاي.وإضافة لغة العربية./وإضافة بناء المنازل 🏢🏠🏙️🌆🌇🌃🌉في كل مرحلة وربح معه شخصية/.وتخفيض في سعر الشخصيات و الواح تزلج..يجب إضافة طرق متعرجة . ويجب إضافة جميع تعديلات التي ذكرته في أقرب وقت ممكن.

   اللعبة ممتعة حقًا، ولكن أرجو منكم – أيها المطوّرون – العمل على إضافة عناصر جديدة داخل لعبة صب واي، مثل زيادة عدد الشخصيات وتنوعها، وخاصةً إدراج شخصيات من عالم الأنمي مثل سون غوكو وناروتو وغيرهما، فهذا سيُسهم بشكل كبير في رفع شعبية اللعبة. ومن بين المقترحات المهمة أيضًا: إضافة ميزة اختيار الخريطة التي نرغب في اللعب بها، مما سيضيف تنوعًا وتجديدًا في تجربة اللعب. تقييمي للعبة هو 10 من 10، وأتمنى منكم تنفيذ هذه الأفكار... و (شكرا)

   اشكركم على لعبة سب واي انها افضل لعبة لعبتها في حياتي لكن افضل لو يمكننا صنع الافاتارات الخاصة بنا و يتم تخزينها ضمن قائمة الافاتارات الخاصة حتى يمكننا التعبير عن شخصيتنا بشكل اكبر كما بأن ذلك سوف يجعل اللعبة تتمتع بشعبية اكبر و يمكن أيضا ان تجعلوا المواد اللازمة مثل المفاتيح و العملات هدايا يتم زيادتها كلما استمررنا باللعب اكثر لكي يستمر اللاعبون باللعب بدون الشعور بالملل و لكن على اي حال لعبة سب واي هي لعبة ممتازة العبها دائما مع اقربائي و أصدقائي و انا اقوم بنصحكم لأني احبها و اريد ان تطوروها

    اللعبة رجعت بدت من البداية رغم تقدمي بيها و اريد ترجع اللعبة ( لا اعرف كيف اتواصل مع فريق الدعم من الرابط كيف افتح الرابط ارجوا ارساله) اللعبة بعد ما بدأت فيها من جديد هم بدأت من البداية مرة ثانية سوف احذف اللعبة بالتأكيد

    هذه اللعبة مرة خرافية يعني من 2012 إلى يومنا هذا وهي تطور نفسها أكثر و أكثر يعني مطورينها ما زالوا يحافظون على نفس التفاصيل و لكن بطريقة مختلفة 😍😍 يوجد مشكلة واحدة و هي إذا حصلت على score قياسي لا يمكنني الشفاء بالمفاتيح أرجو منكم حل هذه المشكلة و شكرا 👋( أخوكم من المغرب 🇲🇦)

    لعبة جميلة جداً جداً و أشكر كل الأشخاص الذين صنعوا اللعبة و طوروها لكن هناك مشاكل أولاً أنني عندما أقوم بالإتصال بالأنترنت تأتي إعلانات من دون أن أدخل عليها ثانيا أنني كان معي 10000 Coins وكان معي 200 Blue Keys قمت بشراء شخصية Miss Maia ب 150 Blue Keys لكن عندما قمت بشراء الشخصية جميع المفاتيح التي كانت معي أختفت و أيضاً أشتريت شخصية Lucy ب 7000 Coins كان من المعقول أن يتبقى معي 3000 Coins لكن أختفوا أرجو حل المشكلة سريعا و في أقرب وقت ممكن.

    مرحبا،اللعبة رائعة،لكن لقد تعرضت لمشكلة في اللعبة مؤخراً و اتمنى ان تحلوها لي لأنها تضايقني و تحزنني جداً،لقد كنت املك الكثير من outfits الخاصة بالشخصيات التي لم اشتريها بعد و كنت سأشتريها في المستقبل، الآن اختفت كلها و اريد شراء المزيد و لا يمكنني ايجاد اي واحدة، في السابق كانت الشخصية بجانبها ملابسها الآن اختفت و اصبحت الشخصية وحدها، اتمنى ايجاد حل لهذه المشكلة

    لقد كانت لعبة جملية جدا بالنسبة لي عند التحديث القديم ولكن الآن قمت بتحديث اللعبة وعندما اريد أن ألعب أنها لا تلمس أو لا يمكنني تحريك اللاعب بالاتجاهات الصحيحة / مثلا عندما اريد أن اقفز يجب علي أن انزل إلى الأسفل لكي يقفز اللاعب / أو عندما يأتي قطار من اليمين لا يمكنني التحريك إلى الشمال لكي ابتعد عن القطار بل يريدو مني أن احرك اللأعب إلى اليمين لكي يبتعد عن القطار وهاذه مشكلة كبيرة لأنه من الصعب لعب اللعبة بهذه الطريقة ارجو منكم اصلاح هاذا الخلل بأسرع وقت 🙄😤

    لعبة Subway Surfers من أحلى الألعاب اللي لعبتها! 🎮 الجرافيك بتاعها ملون وجذاب جدًا 🎨✨، والموسيقى بتخلي اللعب ممتع أكتر 🎵. بحب فكرة الجري في الشوارع وتفادي القطارات 🚄🏃‍♂️، وكل شوية بيضيفوا أماكن ومدن جديدة 🌍، وده بيخلي اللعبة ما تزهقش أبدًا! كمان التحديات اليومية والجوائز بتشجعني ألعب كل يوم 🎁🔥. أنصح أي حد بيحب الألعاب الخفيفة والمسلية يجربها بقوة! 💯❤️

    I love it! A couple problems though. One, when I watch ads to receive my rewards, the screen goes black, and I lose my progress if I'm running and I'm reviving myself. And 2, the game has too many ads and I don't feel like I should have to watch ads to just receive my daily rewards, the non-daily rewards I can watch ads for, that's fine. Another fun feature to add is where you're able to disable coins and everything on the track just like you can do with the music.

    W Game, I'm genuinely so unemployed for this. However, the only annoying part is if you accidentally click/trigger an ad, it sends you the playstore and ruins your run. This is super frustrating when you're 3.6m into an event run, and then it's all ruined. Maybe a way to save a run during ads would be helpful. Maybe just save runs in general because most people play as leisure.

    Overall fun game and I enjoy many of the updates and events! However I am heavily frustrated by the rewards such as the tokens getting a time lock since I'm a person who prefers getting the missions done immediately. It ruins the thrill to have to wait and not be able to skip it in any way. Aside from that its a great game. It would simply be better if it didn't have the time lock.

    Would have been 5 stars, but you are gonna have to hear me out. THE NEW MUSIC MAKES ME WANT TO TEAR MY EARS OFF. Anyways... the overall game is a classic and really enjoyable, but I SWEAR TO SHREK IF THE MUSIC IS NOT CHANGED IMMA EXPLODE. Update: I'm literally so slow, I found out u can get the original music back in the settings. Go to settings, select boombox, and go to subway surfers theme.

    I love this game. Ive been playing since I was a kid. My favourite thing is collecting all the characters bc they're just so stinking cute 😭 plus the ads are minimal and theres a plenty ways to boost your high scores. the only mini-suggestion I have is for the timer mini games; ik youre supposed to get the time, but itd be great if it was coded so the hourglass wasnt on the roof. Also I feel like infinite revival ads should be allowed, but that does take away the high score competition lol

    This is a five-star game all the way. But I do have one tiny problem. Sometimes whenever I play the game, I avoid certain power-ups (like the magnet and shoes) on purpose. It would be cool if you automatically requested a power-up or just pressed the screen while running and it says choose your power-up. Otherwise, this is a great game and I suggest you play it.

    For me personally I think that it is a great time killer. The only thing is that half the time you waste it on ads. I understand that for free games there needs to be ads, but not so much to the point where it is the only thing you see. One thing that I find funny is that they have a surprise box and when you open it, you get an ad. An ad is the surprise. You can also just want to make all the dots and everything go away when you first open the game.Ads. I could say more stuff about the ads.

    Love this game so much and I always have!! However something that I would love to see in the game is a sync music mode in the settings. When I play I am usually listening to music, so I think it would be a cool idea if the app was able to sync with music apps such as Spotify, Apple music, and YouTube music to play the game to the songs you listen to. For example, when a song is playing, all of the moves you make are on beat. You jump or duck when there is a beat drop or something. Ideas ig☺️

    Awesome game and graphics! I Loved the old holiday boards for surf boards! Warning!!!! If you watch any commercials to get a shield, or points, or the score booster it will take you to internet even if you don't touch it and you'll lose progress. The game will start all over again so that if you had big points you will lose all points. Takes a while for graphics and game to catch up together. No rewards for the points to use either its all game was hoping they had update to fix it.

    I would give it 5 but there is one little problem when I watch ads it just shows a blank black screen and I have to click off the game so I can't watch ads to revive at all and it isn't letting me use my keys to revive either. I don't know if this is a bug on your end but I hope it gets fixed. Other than that the game is pretty good and fun.

    I like the game, the more you progress in a round, the harder it gets. But I do wish that they had different voices, kinda weird to hear the same voice from every character. Also, whenever there is an update, the music changes, I kinda want it to stay on the main theme song. Minor inconveniences, highly recommend.

    There's a few too many ads and a paywall to get rid of them but other than that it's an amazing game. A head's up it does register as a Trojan horse through antivirus software I've not had any negative experiences with that but just be safe if you get it. I would absolutely love it if y'all added a feature to race your friends by the way that would make the game relatively perfect.

    A little while ago, I remembered playing this first in like 2012 when it came out (on iOS) and how it was a good wayto kill time when waiting in line or doing something else similar, so I downloaded it onto this device a few months ago. Feature suggestion: make it possible to purchase lots of Mystery Boxes at once. I often have millions of coins (literally - 4.3 million at present, actually) that I don't know what else to do with. I'll give you the last star if you fix this god-awful mechanic.

    Actually, found this game on Google play and i like it so much and the rewards do not have a limit. Even though power-ups genuinely mean a lot. I'm having fun with this game and i beat NPCs and players locally. Consequently, If i lose in the game there are ads that will appear in runs and rewards need ads to receive. And next, i also want a frame limiter of 30 fps to 120 fps and a graphics settings on the game that you can adjust. Well it does not crash or drop fps if i am playing it.

    It's meh. Could be a little more sophisticated in its character and event ideas. Maybe the jukebox setting capability available offline. The watching ads instead of purchasing stuff is genius, and I freaking love it. Maybe a few tweaks here and there might make it a little better. Other than that, great game.

    I really love this game, I'm not one to really write reviews on games but recently, I had an issue with my save data on Google Play and it was reset.... I just made a report to subway surfers support not really expecting any solution but lo and behold although they couldn't restore my previous data due to it being corrupt for one reason or the other, the compensation I got after proving I really lost progress was very good. I wasn't expecting that much.. MUCH LOVE 💕 FOR THE SUPPORT TEAM ❤️💯

    Always gave five stars. Recently lost all my stuff. One day opened the game and it was gone. I got over that and reuploaded game Just reviewed a couple of hours ago and gave one star. I'm upping to four. Now back to one star. Your ads were always under control. Until now. Every day there's at least one ad that resets the game. Very frustrating. And no I will not send a video. Just about ready to uninstall

    i enjoyed this running game completly.the updates from the game is amazing the double infinite coins i thought it will be stay there forever even after crashing finish running and go after again and the upcoming updates,maybe cuase the developer wont let the infinite double coins stay since it times out when crashing and end the run,the characters unlocking was great,the sounds good,and the game graphics are good as well,i like the parth of saving the game by connecting to google play games.

    This game is wonderful.I've been playing it since I was 3 and now my little bro who is 4 plays it.Ads r obvious if u turn on data.The only thing I hate is we have to use keys to revive the game(which is ok) but the no. of keys for reviving in the same run keeps on increasing and at times my brother uses it until 0 keys are left.My suggestion is to remove the revive option. Rest the game; is mind blowing,it comes with lots of seasons,hunts nd events. Plz considerate my suggestion nd keep it up!

    I've been playing the game for years, and I've enjoyed every second I play. However, I'm not sure in a recent update or what, but I'm experiencing 2 bugs in particular It's random, but I'm having where when I'm using my hoverboard with the super jump add-on, it doesn't pick up things like the magnet power up when jumped over like it did before and also I've had score multiplier and magnets despawn when I'm close to picking them up during my run would appreciate a look into it.
